by the platform VEROSTRA

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the relationship between VEROSTRA (hereinafter referred to as "VEROSTRA", "the Platform", "We") and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "You") in connection with the use of the analytical services provided by the Platform.

By using the services of VEROSTRA, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and unconditionally accept all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any provision of the Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. Status and Limitation of Liability

1.1. VEROSTRA is solely an analytical platform and is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, or financial institution. We do not accept bets or pay out winnings.

1.2. All analytical materials, predictions, and strategies provided by the Platform are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a call to engage in any financial transactions or place bets.

1.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that the use of the provided information is at their own risk. VEROSTRA shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the provided analytical materials.

2. Access and Registration Terms

2.1. Access to the services of VEROSTRA is provided exclusively to individuals who have reached the age of 18 or the age of majority in accordance with the legislation of their country of residence.

2.2. The User guarantees that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. VEROSTRA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services in case of providing false information.

2.3. Each User may have only one account. Creating multiple accounts by one person is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of access to all Platform services.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All materials posted on the Platform, including but not limited to: texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video materials, software, are the intellectual property of VEROSTRA or its partners and are protected by current intellectual property laws.

3.2. Any copying, distribution, transmission, publication, adaptation, or other use of the Platform's materials without the prior written consent of VEROSTRA is strictly prohibited.

3.3. The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform's materials solely for personal non-commercial purposes.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1. VEROSTRA is committed to protecting the confidentiality of Users' personal data in accordance with applicable law and our «Privacy Policy».

4.2. We collect and process only those personal data that are necessary for providing our services and improving the user experience.

4.3. VEROSTRA takes all reasonable measures to protect Users' personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

5. Usage Restrictions

5.1. The User agrees not to use the Platform for:

• Posting or transmitting materials that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, promoting hatred or racial, ethnic, or other discrimination;
• Misrepresenting their identity or hidden affiliation with any person or organization;
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of VEROSTRA and third parties;
• Distributing spam, malware, or any other destructive code;
• Any activity that may disrupt the operation of the Platform or related services.

6. Modification of Terms

6.1. VEROSTRA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes come into effect from the moment of their publication on the Platform.

6.2. Continued use of the Platform's services after changes are made constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of the new Terms.

6.3. The User undertakes to regularly review the current version of the Terms posted on the Platform.

7. Termination of Access

7.1. VEROSTRA reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Platform's services at any time and without prior notice in case of the User's violation of these Terms.

7.2. The User may cease using the Platform's services at any time by terminating access to their account.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

8.2. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement through negotiations, disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate court at the location of VEROSTRA.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

9.2. Inaction on the part of VEROSTRA in the event of the User's violation of the Terms does not deprive VEROSTRA of the right to take appropriate actions to protect its interests at a later time.

9.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and VEROSTRA regarding the use of the Platform's services and replace all previous oral or written agreements.
